For 20 years, Andrey and Yulia had one dream: to one day raise their family in The Holy Land of Israel. As the conflict in Ukraine escalated, Andrey suddenly lost his job and was no longer able to provide for his family’s most basic needs.
As Yulia wept under the stress of their hardship, Andrey looked into her eyes and said, “It’s time for our dream to come true.”
After meeting with our Aliyah Team, hope quickly began to replace the fear that had overtaken their lives. Their children—17-year-old Egor, 15-year-old Eva, and 5-year-old Ilya—spoke about living in Israel every day, while our Aliyah Team worked diligently to complete the paperwork for their move.
As the family waited nervously, a sharp knock echoed at their door. When Yulia leapt up and opened it, our entire Aliyah Team stood there, grinning from ear to ear.
“Pack your bags!” we cheered. “You are going to Israel!”
When the Abromovich family arrived in Israel, a cosy apartment was waited them in Haifa. Andrey has now returned to his passion as an agronomist, while Egor, Eva, and Ilya are thriving in school. They are all beginning to master the Hebrew language while making new friends! What a blessing!
“This is truly a dream come true,” Yulia shares. “We want to thank you, thank you so much! You’ve given our children a future surrounded by love and opportunity.”
