Rita has spent her entire life healing others. For nearly half a century, she served as a dedicated surgeon, saving countless lives with her steady hands and compassionate heart. She is one of the kindest, most selfless souls to ever grace our community in Central Ukraine.
Even after retiring from her surgical career, Rita’s giving spirit never wavered. She poured her boundless compassion into our Senior Care Program, volunteering every single day. This remarkable 78-year-old woman devoted herself to wrapping our elderly in love, dignity and genuine care. Thanks to her tireless efforts, no elder in our community ever felt forgotten or alone.
My family, now it’s our turn to help Rita.
Our dear sister was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has already undergone major surgery. On top of her cancer recovery, she is also battling thyroiditis and severe glaucoma, which is rapidly stealing her eyesight.
